Management Services - Administration

  • Review and interpret Association's documents and make recommendations to update and revise for full compliance with statutes and current operational requirements.

  • Review and recommend appropriate rules and regulations and compliance procedures to ensure enforcement.

  • Establish and revise administrative policy and procedures to adhere to operational and legal requirements.

  • Remain current on all legal issues and industry studies affecting Association management.

  • Preparation for attendance at and follow-up board meetings and annual meetings.

  • Assist in owner committee formation, as appropriate, to encourage input and participation.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the board and owners. (This area includes board conference calls, meeting minutes, update memoranda, etc.)

  • Develop and update appropriate questionnaires and surveys to identify problems and enhance owner satisfaction.

  • Attend all board meetings as contractually required.

  • Prepare and send all legal notices, and additional information to board members.

  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings in a timely manner.

  • Prepare meeting agendas with president and prepare board meeting packets.

  • Prepare and send welcome package for each new owner

RealManage announced today the promotion of Nikkole Luna, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, to Vice President of Operations for its Houston market. 

Nikkole Luna joined the RealManage family in October of 2017 starting as a Director of Association Management. During her time in that role, she excelled in her ability to provide superior service to the client communities she served along with her ability to inspire and lead her team. It was quickly evident the Ms. Luna was the right person to move into executive operational leadership role.
