Deposits:
Confirmation on all reservations requires a deposit equal to the first night's stay plus tax or $50.00, whichever is greater, payable within ten (10) days of the date of booking or subject to automatic cancellation.
Cancellations:
Cancel period is 30 days prior to the arrival date. If written notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is equal to 1/2 of the deposit or $50, whichever is greater. If cancellation is within the 30 day cancel period, the deposit of the 1st night plus tax will be forfeited. Confirmed reservations that do not check-in will forfeit deposit. Early departures will be subject to a deposit forfeiture and all nights will be charged at the nightly rate.
Check In/Out Times:
Check-In Time is 3:00 PM. Check-out Time is 10:00 AM.

Recreation Programs and Discounts are available.
Summer weekly discounted rate, not subject to additional discounts.
Rates subject to 11% SC and local taxes.

A security deposit is required at check-in. A cash deposit takes 14 days to refund.
We reserve the right to refuse occupancy to any room to anyone under the age of 25 not accompanied by an adult.
