Shon Swartz has been employed with Gold Crown Management, Inc. since 2010. He is a third generation jack of all trades with over 20 years as a general contractor. He is a family man of over 19 years, with his wife Angie and daughters Taylor and Shona. Shon Is a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), Sled Certified Officer, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Certified in Satellite Broadcasting and Communication Association (SBCA). He is continuing educational courses through Community Association Institute (CAI). He enjoys boxing, mixed martial arts, outdoor activities, driving his custom sandrail dune buggy and spending time with his family and pets.

Aaron Hettesheimer relocated to South Carolina in the mid 1990's via the United States Marine Corp. Received his Bachelor's degree in Science at the College of Charleston (Cum laude), Associates of Arts at Trident Technical College, and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designated by the Community Association Institute (CAI). He has over 20 years of managerial experience and 8 years in community association management. Community is a something that Aaron strongly believes in and uses his education, experience, and the tools provided to protect ,maintain, and enhance the Associations he is fortunate to work with. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife of 10yrs and their two beautiful children.

Kimberly was born and raised in Minnesota and relocated to South Carolina in 2006. She brings with her 8 years of customer service experience. She is a proud mom of 2 grown sons and a daughter that is a senior in high school. She is also a proud grandmother to 2 beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time Kimberly enjoys reading, upcycling old furniture, and spending time with family and friends.

Brett moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 1989. He joined the Gold Crown Management team in August 2014. Brett is married and has two sons, Stewert and Cameron. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two sons at the park and pool. He also enjoys watching college football and playing Texas hold-em.
