Donna is originally from Long Island NY and relocated to South Carolina in 1992. Donna has worked in customer service and management for many years. Prior to joining the Gold Crown Management team, Donna spent the last several years as a paralegal in the Family Court Division of the Charleston County Solicitor's Office. Donna is happily married and the proud mom of an amazing daughter and three dogs. In her spare time Donna enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Assistant Community Manager

Marie joined the Gold Crown Management team in February 2014. Bookkeeping has been her profession for the last 28 years. She spent eighteen years with a Telecommunications company in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She worked ten years with an auto body shop in Paris, TN. Marie has three children, four grandchildren and one very fat Chiweenie rescue named Zoe. She is an eleven year breast cancer survivor and a four year ARD survivor. Her spare time is a mixture of spending time with children and church family.

Prior to joining Gold Crown management, Steve enjoyed an over 30 year career in hospitality management, beginning in 1984 with the purchase of an oceanfront hotel by his family, which he worked at and managed for over 20 years, and ending with a 3 year stint in Wilmington, NC as the general manager for a multi property hotel management company. Steve returned to Myrtle Beach in the spring of 2017 to rejoin his family and friends and is excited to be back home where he enjoys golfing, fishing and sailing.

RealManage announced today the promotion of Nikkole Luna, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, to Vice President of Operations for its Houston market. 

Nikkole Luna joined the RealManage family in October of 2017 starting as a Director of Association Management. During her time in that role, she excelled in her ability to provide superior service to the client communities she served along with her ability to inspire and lead her team. It was quickly evident the Ms. Luna was the right person to move into executive operational leadership role.
