Susan Strickland

Susan joined the Gold Crown Management team in September 2007 as a community association administrator. Susan has since worked hard through the years gaining the necessary experience and knowledge needed to become a community manager in the field by completing classes such as the M-100 and all of the M-200 level courses and has, also, obtained both her CMCA & AMS certifications. Susan has received her PCAM which is the highest and most difficult certification to achieve amongst community managers. Susan heads up our South Strand office in Murrells Inlet.
She is also a founding member on the CAI Grand Strand Regional Advisory Council in which she currently serves as Vice President. In her spare time, Susan enjoys reading and spending time with her husband of 28 years, Bob, her two sons Robert & Stephen, daughter-in-law Bethany, and two grand-daughters Abbey & Emily.

Megan has been working in the hospitality and service industry since 2003. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Marketing. Megan has completed the M-100, M-201, M-202, and M-203 courses through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). In her spare time, Megan enjoys hanging at the beach, and watching her Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.


Valerie Trushell

Valerie joined the Gold Crown Management team in April 2012. Valerie and her family moved to Myrtle Beach from NJ in August 2011. Valerie enjoys spending time with her husband Patrick, daughters Cristalyn, Kaitlyn & Jacqalyn, and her white boxer Pennie. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys going to the beach, reading and travelling.
