Susan joined the Gold Crown Management team in September 2007 as a community association administrator. Susan has since worked hard through the years gaining the necessary experience and knowledge needed to become a community manager in the field by completing classes such as the M-100 and all of the M-200 level courses and has, also, obtained both her CMCA & AMS certifications. Susan has received her PCAM which is the highest and most difficult certification to achieve amongst community managers. Susan is the Regional Vice President and heads up our South Strand office in Murrells Inlet.

She is also a founding member on the CAI Grand Strand Regional Advisory Council.. In her spare time, Susan enjoys reading and spending time with her husband of 30 years.

Community Association Manager

Alexandra joins Gold Crown Management with 5 years of experience in association and property management. Alex began her association management career in 2009 working in the Myrtle Beach market. Over the last five years, she has worked for management companies in Georgia and South Florida. Her work experiences include association management, property management, high-rise management and management of apartment communities. She holds the M-100 certification and was a Licensed Community Association Manager for the State of Florida. As she continues her career, Alex is eager to obtain additional certifications in association management. Having lived along the Grand Strand for 8 years, she is very happy to be back home near friends and family and to serve the area she knows so well. Alexandra currently lives in Myrtle Beach with her husband Ryan and their two rescue dogs, Cooper and Charlie. You can most likely find her playing on the beach with her two dogs or at Pelicans Baseball games during the summer where her husband works in the front office. Alexandra is a big fan of food; cooking it, eating it, and watching it on the Food Network

Amanda joined Gold Crown Management in July 2013. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2008 where she received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Resort Tourism Management. In her spare time, she loves watching Clemson Tigers Football and going to the beach with her husband and two children.

Alexia joined Gold Crown management in August 2013. She graduated from Cornell University in 2004, where she received a B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management. She went on to work in hotel operations for luxury companies such as the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. In a quest for the creative, she decided in 2006 to pursue her Master's Degree in Interior Design and completed the course requirements in 2009. In the Summer of 2013 Alexia, her husband Marcus, and her son Jayden relocated to Myrtle Beach for a change of pace, an opportunity to work with their church, and the big beautiful ocean!

Paddles up! Rain or shine, that's what fifty-five teams of dragon boats heard while they waited on the lake of Market Commons in Myrtle Beach, anxiously awaiting the horn to sound so they could race to the finish line. On Saturday, April 25th, a staff of about 22 paddlers from Gold Crown Management raced in the 7th Annual Ground Zero Dragon Boat Festival.
