Community Association Manager

Alexandra joins Gold Crown Management with 5 years of experience in association and property management. Alex began her association management career in 2009 working in the Myrtle Beach market. Over the last five years, she has worked for management companies in Georgia and South Florida. Her work experiences include association management, property management, high-rise management and management of apartment communities. She holds the M-100 certification and was a Licensed Community Association Manager for the State of Florida. As she continues her career, Alex is eager to obtain additional certifications in association management. Having lived along the Grand Strand for 8 years, she is very happy to be back home near friends and family and to serve the area she knows so well. Alexandra currently lives in Myrtle Beach with her husband Ryan and their two rescue dogs, Cooper and Charlie. You can most likely find her playing on the beach with her two dogs or at Pelicans Baseball games during the summer where her husband works in the front office. Alexandra is a big fan of food; cooking it, eating it, and watching it on the Food Network

Carla joined Gold Crown Management in March 2016. She graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1988 where she received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Carla served as Marketing Manager for Able Body Corporation, Hook Up, Inc., Newton Instrument Co., Inc., Chatsworth Products and The Beach Candle. In addition, she served as Member Services Manager for the CPA Leadership Institute and as Customer Service Coordinator for The Steel Network. Carla is eager to lend her marketing and customer service talents to helping provide exceptional service to Gold Crown's clients. In her free time, she enjoys working in the yard and hanging out at the beach with her husband Art. She is a huge fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals and the mighty Pirates of the East Carolina University.

Kasandra joined Gold Crown Management in July 2016. Originally from Binghamton NY, she moved to Myrtle Beach in 2007 in search of sunshine and sand. She graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College with an Associates in Business Administration and comes to Gold Crown with 9 years of management experience in the finance industry. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and exploring the beautiful state of South Carolina.

Jared recently moved from Sterling, VA, and joined Gold Crown Management in July 2016. He hails from Fairport, NY, but has strong family ties in the Murrells Inlet area. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Jared looks forward to a challenging and rewarding career in community management. He brings with him outstanding customer service and management skills, and is willing to go the extra yard to get things done for Gold Crown clients. In his free time Jared enjoys disc golf, the beach, computers, cooking, and hanging out with his family and friends. He is a zealous fan of SEC sports, Gamecocks being his number one team! Jared is also a classically trained musician, and he can frequently be found playing bassoon in local symphonies and concert bands.

February 2017

Donny Lutz, Steve Tullock, Jared Hendrickson, Kasi Renda, Donna Stempert and Carla Bordeaux attended and passed the M-100 (The Essentials of Community Management) class in Charleston, SC February 9-11. This course is a comprehensive community association management course that provides a practical overview for new managers, an essential review for veteran managers, and an advanced course for board members. Congratulations!
