Susan joined the Gold Crown Management team in September 2007 as a community association administrator. Susan has since worked hard through the years gaining the necessary experience and knowledge needed to become a community manager in the field by completing classes such as the M-100 and all of the M-200 level courses and has, also, obtained both her CMCA & AMS certifications. Susan has received her PCAM which is the highest and most difficult certification to achieve amongst community managers. Susan heads up our South Strand office in Murrells Inlet.

She is also a founding member on the CAI Grand Strand Regional Advisory Council in which she currently serves as Vice President. In her spare time, Susan enjoys reading and spending time with her husband of 28 years, Bob, her two sons Robert & Stephen, daughter-in-law Bethany, and two grand-daughters Abbey & Emily.

Amanda joined Gold Crown Management in July 2013. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2008 where she received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Resort Tourism Management. In her spare time, she loves watching Clemson Tigers Football and going to the beach with her husband and two children.

Community Association Administrator

Alexia joined Gold Crown management in August 2013. She graduated from Cornell University in 2004, where she received a B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management. She went on to work in hotel operations for luxury companies such as the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. In a quest for the creative, she decided in 2006 to pursue her Master's Degree in Interior Design and completed the course requirements in 2009. In the Summer of 2013 Alexia, her husband Marcus, and her son Jayden relocated to Myrtle Beach for a change of pace, an opportunity to work with their church, and the big beautiful ocean!
