Jerry began her career in Community Association Management in 2002 with CCMC in Myrtle Beach. In 2005 she relocated to Charleston where she continued her career as a Management Director where she was responsible for training and management of Community Managers along with related staff. In addition she managed her own assigned communities as a portfolio manager.

Jerry is an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) by the National Board of Community Association Managers, and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) by the Community Associations Institute. In addition she has completed the Professional Management Development Program: Advanced Insurance and Risk Management. She has also been a speaker and educator for various CAI Chapter seminars and programs. Jerry was selected as one of the top 50 portfolio managers within the United States by Association Reserves.

Jerry has been married for 10 years and has three sons and two grandchildren. She enjoys reading and cooking.

Joshua Schley moved to Charleston from the mountains of Western North Carolina with more than a decade of experience in the planning, construction, sale and management of community associations. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Josh understands the importance of professional management toward the goal of protecting property values and maintaining high standards in the places that people choose to call home. When he isn't working, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his two dogs.

LaShea DuBois, a native of the Lowcountry, is the newest addition to the Charleston Team. She studied Electronic Journalism at the University of South Carolina. She brings with her over ten years of customer service experience and three years of experience in Association Management.
She is the proud mother of two children and a dog. She and her family divide their time between the beach and the local dog parks.

Terri Barry has nearly 15 years in community management, including facilities management and maintenance supervision, beginning with the Franklin Farm Foundation in Northern Virginia. In that time she's earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations from the National Board of Community Association Managers (NBCAM) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI).

A true advocate for community association members, Terri serves on the Legislative Action Committee and the Tri-County Regional Advisory Council of CAI, both of which promote the adoption of uniform regulations for community association development and management.

Terri chose Charleston as her home after vacationing here years ago; a decision she says she doesn't regret. When she isn't at work for her associations or the advocacy councils supporting them, Terri enjoys gardening and spending time on the beach.

Aaron Hettesheimer relocated to South Carolina in the mid 1990's via the United States Marine Corp. Received his Bachelor's degree in Science at the College of Charleston (Cum laude), Associates of Arts at Trident Technical College, and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designated by the Community Association Institute (CAI). He has over 20 years of managerial experience and 8 years in community association management. Community is a something that Aaron strongly believes in and uses his education, experience, and the tools provided to protect ,maintain, and enhance the Associations he is fortunate to work with. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife of 10yrs and their two beautiful children.
