Jerry began her career in Community Association Management in 2002 with CCMC in Myrtle Beach. In 2005 she relocated to Charleston where she continued her career as a Management Director where she was responsible for training and management of Community Managers along with related staff. In addition she managed her own assigned communities as a portfolio manager.

Jerry is an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) by the National Board of Community Association Managers, and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) by the Community Associations Institute and a Large-Scale Manager by the Community Associations Institute. In addition she has completed the Professional Management Development Program: Advanced Insurance and Risk Management. She has also been a speaker and educator for various CAI Chapter seminars and programs. Jerry was selected as one of the top 50 portfolio managers within the United States by Association Reserves.

Jerry has been married for 10 years and has three sons and two grandchildren. She enjoys reading and cooking.

Terri has been on the Gold Crown Management team for Five years. She graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a BS in Business Management and Human Relations. She is currently the Human Resources Director for Gold Crown Management. She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. She has achieved her CMCA, AMS and PHR. She is married with three children. She enjoys playing volleyball, getting together with friends and watching the Kansas City Chiefs play football. Favorite Quote - "Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending".

Deana joined the Gold Crown Management team in November 2005. She has achieved CMCA certification and has attended and passed all Professional Management Development (PMDP) M-200 level courses. Deana and her husband of 35 years, Joel, have two daughters, Shannon & Ashley. Deana and Joel recently welcomed their first grandchild, Cameron Bryce Currie born October 16, 2014. They enjoy their two West Highland Terriers, Maggie Mae & Surry. In her spare time Deana enjoys boating & fishing, reading, biking, cross stitching, and paper crafting.

LaShea DuBois, a native of the Lowcountry, is the newest addition to the Charleston Team. She studied Electronic Journalism at the University of South Carolina. She brings with her over ten years of customer service experience and three years of experience in Association Management.
She is the proud mother of two children and a dog. She and her family divide their time between the beach and the local dog parks.

Marie joined the Gold Crown Management team in February 2014. Bookkeeping has been her profession for the last 28 years. She spent eighteen years with a Telecommunications company in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She worked ten years with an auto body shop in Paris, TN. Marie has three children, four grandchildren and one very fat Chiweenie rescue named Zoe. She is an eleven year breast cancer survivor and a four year ARD survivor. Her spare time is a mixture of spending time with children and church family.

Jennifer Harvey Named Client Success Manager for RM Austin

RealManage announced today the hiring of Jennifer Harvey, as the Client Success Manager for RealManage Austin. As Client Success Manager, Jennifer will oversee the communication, event planning, and action plans designed to delight our client communities. It is a vital role in our mission to build and maintain our strong relationships.

Jennifer is a native Texan, who graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University in 2004, where she studied Political Science and Economics. Jennifer has more than twelve years of experience in all facets of community association management, including master-planned communities, large-scale communities, public/private partnerships, developing communities and condominiums. In her previous work with another national management company in Austin, Jennifer served in a variety of roles such as portfolio manager, on-site manager, team leader, and director of management services. She has completed the Community Association Institute’s requirements necessary to earn certifications as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®).
