Jerry began her career in Community Association Management in 2002 with CCMC in Myrtle Beach. In 2005 she relocated to Charleston where she continued her career as a Management Director where she was responsible for training and management of Community Managers along with related staff. In addition she managed her own assigned communities as a portfolio manager.

Jerry is an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) by the National Board of Community Association Managers, and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) by the Community Associations Institute and a Large-Scale Manager by the Community Associations Institute. In addition she has completed the Professional Management Development Program: Advanced Insurance and Risk Management. She has also been a speaker and educator for various CAI Chapter seminars and programs. Jerry was selected as one of the top 50 portfolio managers within the United States by Association Reserves.

Jerry has been married for 10 years and has three sons and two grandchildren. She enjoys reading and cooking.

Amanda has completed all six required Professional Management Development courses (PMDP) and has been awarded the highest title one can achieve in our industry, her Professional Community Association Manager designation (PCAM) in November of 2012. She has been involved with the industry since childhood, working in numerous areas. She currently specializes in risk management, board orientations, insurance, and technology services for Gold Crown Management.

Amanda serves on the Grand Strand Regional Council for CAI and is the active Co-Chair for CA Day 2014 Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC. She has been an active member of the Palmetto Communities magazine committee, assisting as writer and contributor. She also served as Chairperson for the Education subcommittee for the 2013 CA Day in Myrtle Beach, SC and worked on the organizational committee for CA Day 2009. Amanda is also a certified yoga instructor (Namaste!) and is a Teaching Associate with Coastal Carolina University in the Theatre Department, where she teaches an Applied Theatre course. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Certificate of Graduate Study in Women's Studies from the University of South Carolina, Columbia and continues to serve in this manner with community organizations.
