Gold Crown has been Forest Dunes' Community Manager for four years and we've always been completely pleased with their advice and services. Their experience and expertise has guided us through construction, regulations and storms. And they have always been very proactive when it comes to working with owners on their concerns. They're a management company you can count on.

I would like to take a moment to thank Gold Crown Management for all they have done to help turn around our failing community. Kimber, Robin, Tiffini and Terri have all worked diligently to guide and educate our Board of Directors, to enable us to best serve our community association. Our Board of Directors feel as if we have a personal staff that truly cares about the success of Coastal Villas and its owners.

When we first hired Gold Crown Management our Community was in financial trouble. Gold Crown Management helped us implement a Collections Procedure that complied with our Governing Documents and in the first four months they collected over $70,000 in fees we were previously unable to collect. In 2010 they collected almost $274,000 and in 2011 they collected almost $294,000. Our Community is improving financially and is now able to make needed improvements protecting and enhancing our Association's value.

Dear Gold Crown Mgmt.,
Recently my father, who is 93 and living on the third floor condo of the Bay Meadows Complex in Myrtle Beach, called me in Fallbrook, CA because the elevator was not working. I was able to contact Terri at Gold Crown Management to report the outage. She contacted Deana, who handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism, even taking the time to call me back so I could reassure my Dad that the issue was being taken care of.
