Community Associations Institute
Community Associations Institute (CAI) is the only national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. Our mission is to assist community associations in promoting harmony, community, and responsible leadership.

The Association of Professional Community Managers
As the only national association dedicated to the professional development of community managers, Community Associations Institute (CAI) created the Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM) to provide a forum where both new and experienced managers can increase their skills and knowledge base through education programs, publications and networking events at both the local and national levels.

National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers
The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) administers the Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) certification program. NBC-CAM is affiliated with Community Associations Institute (CAI), which provides education and resources to community association homeowners, managers, and other industry professionals.

Urban Land Institute
As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local, national and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places.

American Resort Development Association
The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is the Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing the vacation ownership and resort development industries. Established in 1969 as the American Land Development Association, ARDA today has close to 1000 members, ranging from privately held companies to major corporations, in the U.S. and overseas.



American Hotel & Lodging Association
AH&LA is a 95-year-old dual membership association of state and city partner lodging associations throughout the United States with some 10,000 property members nationwide, representing more than 1.4 million guest rooms.


Hospitality, Financial and Technology Professionals
HFTP hosts valuable meetings such as the Annual Convention & Tradeshow, a forum which provides a sharing of information on aspects of financial and technology management and professional development seminars, where members discuss industry issues and participate in educational programs. HFTP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE sponsors.

Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce

Carolina Forest Civic Association

Greater Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center

Donny Lutz, Steve Tullock, Jared Hendrickson, Kasi Renda, Donna Stempert and Carla Bordeaux attended and passed the M-100 (The Essentials of Community Management) class in Charleston, SC February 9-11. This course is a comprehensive community association management course that provides a practical overview for new managers, an essential review for veteran managers, and an advanced course for board members.
